Rarely growing up to seven inches, the pygmy anteater is very small with it's tail doubling that size. This creature spends nearly all of it's life in a canopy, coming only onto the ground surface when moving from tree to tree. This weird creature searches out the ant and termite nests in the canopy.
The pygmy anteater is has four paws that are very good for grabbing food or branches. The color of the pygmy anteater is brownish yellow and it has a white belly. It has a short snout and two black eyes.
