Wow! I didn't
know I am the only mammal that could fly. Let's
see...Ah! Here's an informative Paragraph!..."There
are about 1000 different species of bats in the
world. Most bats live in the tropics where they
have a constant food supply. About 40 of those
species can be found in the USA and Canada. There
are only 3 species of vampire bats-Desmondus
Rotundus, Diamus youngi, and Diphylla Ecudata. They
never lap blood from humans unless they have to."

I
guess that makes humans safe from "scary" vampire
bats!

Hmmm..."Different bats eat
various kinds of food. For example, the
Fringe-lipped bat eats frogs. But the Greater
Bulldog bat eats fish.Other bat species eat
different types of fruit, insects, blood and
nectar. Bats that consume nectar have good eyesight
to see flowers. Vampire bats not only use somar,
but they also have heat sensors to detect the veins
and arteries of their victims."
